It was meant to be a little confusing, but it might be too confusing. Rooms with multiple exits specify which way you are exiting while rooms with one exit just go back to where you were. I'll see if I can figure out a way to implement a map...
Either an in game map (though with what i've seen i don't think you can create a 2-d map of this place) and/or simplify the dungeon so we can easily make our own, none of this

"You turn east, take a turn north, and then east again when you find a door to the north. "
or
" You head west then turn north and soon find an intersection where you can turn either east or continue north. "

If you go north, going south should always return you to where you came from, but in this game it could literally be any direction. I first tried to create a map in excel and 2 steps in found that it was impossible both because it says there are elevation changes and its just a clusterfuck of winding tunnels between rooms. That's just so completely unnecessary. Story wise it doesn't even make sense, it sounds like this place was supposed to be a place of worship and not some crazy maze to hide pirate gold or the ark of the covenant. As a text game, this just doesn't work for i assume the majority of people. If it were a video game with graphics and there were visual landmarks i might be able to keep track of it somewhat in my head, but for me its impossible without having access to or drawing a map and it seems designed specifically to make this as hard as possible.

This is what i have in terms of my map and i'm out, this isn't what i expected or wanted from this route and the effort it's going to take to continue isn't worth it when i'm like half an hour into this maze and all i've found is a random ring and 100 gold after having to backtrack to pick it up. Too many dead end hallways and room after room to search with literally nothing in it.

Made it in notepad++, things on the same indentation alignment are for multiple paths out of a single place.

If this route gets an in-game map and/or heavily simplified i might try it again soon. Otherwise i might come back in a couple months when the content is more fleshed out across all the routes. The three previous missions with the ghoul, the missing girl, and the murder mystery all just seemed kinda pointless and rewarded me with basically nothing, just more gold with nothing to spend it on. Everything just feels underwhelming going on this route and was starting to lose my interest and the maze segment was the proverbial tree that broke the camel's back. All this D&D-lite stuff is just boring coming from someone who has actually played D&D and Pathfinder campaigns in the past. With no abilities, positioning, or teamwork i might as well just flip a coin and get as much enjoyment as I do from the combat in this game.

After playing the duke stuff first, it feels like 2 completely different games mashed together, both in terms of mechanics and one being heavily smut and the other having basically none. Unless you want to take the time to flush out more complex fighting mechanics, this is always going to feel like a cheap imitation. It might be building to something new but it takes too long to get there. If it were a much shorter segment it would probably be fine, but for something so mechanically simple and with mediocre stories that have no short-term relevance to the route's plot it doesn't hold my interest long enough to see where it is leading.

The duke female slave route was kinda interesting but didn't personally peak my interest so probably won't be returning to it. I was interested in the Khelvhan male/male guard route but with the new day literally being a copy paste of the previous day's visit to the tavern with 2 new lines of dialogue i'm not expecting much from the gay content of this game which was what originally brought me here. So far it seems like another 95% straight 5% gay content game and all the gay scenes so far have been a lot shorter and lower quality than the straight stuff. The name/pronoun swaps being the only difference between the top/bottom routes really shows there's no real depth to the characters.

Also in the ghoul room you can search for 500 gold, you can infinitely search that over and over for infinite money. Just reenter the room and the search button is still there.

Ok, ok... I get it. Next release will have a map for the dungeon in Quest 5. I also did find a bug while writing the map (exiting the priests quarters takes you somewhere it shouldn't). It's pretty simple, but it should work. Preview of the map with the first room and hallway shown.

A complete map is one thing when you are really stuck. But in the first place it should be much easier to be able to draw your own map or to find the finished map only a few rooms later. If you walk the path according to the map right from the start, this episode has somehow lost its meaning.

The map will populate as you navigate the dungeon. So it's not a complete map to start. You still need to explore. It makes it easier to navigate, but you still need to explore everything. It's just harder to get lost.

I just tried it. I'm able to do it. It's a pain in the ass, but it is doable.


Yes, there are about 3 paths (i.e. if you do everything perfectly or almost) you can manage it. But the majority of people won't be able to do it yet.

cool. Had skipped that possibility and only started mapping after that choice with helping out. Did the wizard path, but would anyone know how to get on the abyss plane path?

Sure. Assuming you are talking about the Duke's Court Wizard and not the other wizard, you just missed it...

Put up 0.50. It's not as big on new content as some previous releases and is mostly enhancements and bug fixes.

There is a new bug report link that will prefill in the passage you are on and the save data (you can edit this before submitting if you like). It should help me deal with bugs a bit more easily.

Next I fixed a bunch of bugs (see the change log).

I also added some stores for you to spend some money at and maybe even a couple of minor plot threads for future in them.

I would have done more, but I'm about to go on vacation and decided it was probably better to give you guys the bug fixes and enhancements you've been asking for rather than make you wait till I got back from vacation.

There is also a new survey with all the current endings (46 of them, I will pare those back down soonish) so see what paths you haven't even heard of yet :)

Anyway, as always, I hope you enjoy!

Where does the Wizard Path lead to? Feels like a wandered off from a hentai game to a real dnd session, where I get One-shots after One-shot Adventures. Sleep for two Days, another quest, sleep for two days, another quest. Cool quest, they are fun and like I said, it feels like DnD, but I'm not hear to play sfw-DnD, I have my Group for that, I want nsfw xD Does this lead somewhere? Is it "worth" to go through those adventures?

Sorry if it sounds like a rant, not intentional

I agree, I did the guard route first, which had what I feel was an acceptable porn/plot ratio, but it ended pretty early. Then I tried the other routes a bit (Duke's minion, Enchanted Slave, free mercenary), but I think the only changes are how free you are (Duke lets you train, Slave lets you sell your body, Mercenary lets you shop). Each of them seem to go through the same one-shots with only a slight difference in the intro.

I also kinda sped through a few of the one-shots as a male mercenary, and I don't think any of them had explicit mateiral. There wasn't any sexy times in the Tomb Explorer one, the Village Murder Mystery (which seemed hella buggy) and the wizard tower to name a few. The only sexy times I noticed was the optional "Selling your body" choice in the Slave route, but it was your standard "One sentence plus a pic from a porn pulled from online".

The Wizard path (not the court wizard path) is a "safe" path in that (most) everything there is consensual. You have a nice companion and an employer that doesn't expect you to fuck them or anyone else. It's there for people that want to have a chance at avoiding non-consent content. There is some NSFW elements, but you mostly have to look for them on that path. If you have ideas of how to add more NSFW content that doesn't violate the story or that tenant for that path, I would love to hear them.

Yeah, I have a bit more sex content for the female path. The Wizard's tower has an option where you can offer to let the sphinx fuck you (either sex) to avoid a puzzle. The Revensholm ruin doesn't have any NSFW content, but as a female if you get too drunk in the tavern bad things can happen. Also the results of that quest can have some bad impacts that will contain some NSFW elements (not yet, those are coming in probably the next release or two).

If you have any ideas for NSFW solutions in any of the puzzles or quests I would love to add them. Additionally, if you have examples of what is buggy in the murder mystery I will fix it. It doesn't seem buggy to me, but then I know all the solutions so I'm probably not doing something the same way.

Well, you probably wanted to go out of the castle here, but if you were to train your magic a bit longer, or get back every x missions to learn a new spell, maybe a heal spell, maybe some seduction spells, or whatever suits in the story which you have in mind, you could have more events with the guard. Or some Similar events, where you are weak in melee range, so some take advantage of your weak body, where you could again learn defense spells.

I dont know if there is a path, but if not, maybe it would be an idea to get a path for the north-tower magician, which is an illusion wizard, the Illusion robe, which the wizard in the castle casted, would maybe suit the other wizard more and you could have some nsfw events where you have to use a disguise to spy or whatever and have the disguise fail sometimes

Hey all, sorry this update took so long. Real life kept getting in the way. It's not as much of any update as I wanted (it's only ~30,000 words in a couple of events and a couple of path extensions). But I wanted to get something out less you all think the game is dead. Hope you enjoy the update and as always let me know if you come up with ideas to improve things!

There is one in the quest with the goblins.

"You carefully open the door and peer inside. A pair of torches illuminates a makeshift altar in the center of the room. Translucent green columns on either side cast dancing green shadows against the walls to left and right. Across the
room, a large statue of an elf in plate armor faces the door. The high ceiling is lost in a hazy cloud of pungent incense. You also see 3 creatures and a young girl in a cage to the side.


One of the creatures is different than the others you have faced. It seems like a larger version of the same creature."

That there is a Hobgoblin in said scene is known.
Your announcement to be able to "sacrifice" in extension of the goblin scene, was read. (Will not spoil here)
The Hobgoblin as a larger representative of this race would be good in my eyes for a continuation of the quest series with the unknown intelligent race.

Also note that this has been brought up before.
Therefore, I still assumed that the topic should still be known to you.
