sameHelp pls. I have to go get infected at ant hill but the game freezes here for me. Anyone have any idea what's going on?

I believe that should be up to date, but even inui's cien site has an adequate download, just needs an english translation which should show up just googling first thing

It most likely won't be that insane in the visuals so I don't think you have to worry about that, it'll just look like eating her out, which shouldn't be a problem

reinstall/re merge newest updates, or load from inui save/very old save.

First - set up your locale system settings to japanese. Best to set up japanese everything (except language) before you extract stuff or else you risk some stuff unpacked badly.
Second - each pack file is separate entity so you need to extract every one of them by yourself and merge them together. It's not a continuous archive!
Third - if game is still having problems at this point, try to play around with language settings in game. If I recall, I had trouble with english for that particular event, so I needed everything in japanese.

I'm afraid that won't happen, because then, more people would come and ask for other kinks to be toggled off and that would be unnecessary much extra work for Inui at the moment (lord know, he has a hash life right now). Best way to avoid this kind of things, is to kill the mobs effectively. There is always a kink, that urks people in games and I have some in most games (like vore, for example), that I would love to avoid, but you can't make everyone happy at the same time, when you make a game or story. That is impossible, because every person has different tastes and dislikes, that in most cases, clash with other people oh so often. So again, if you dislike this kind of kink, kill the mobs or avoid getting grabbed.
Inui, as far as I know from his other games, doesn't show guro scenes, just gives you an hint to it, like in his last game, The Hounds of the Blade, where MC gets her stomach blown up by abnormal big fly maggots. The only thing you saw, was her stomach getting bigger than it could be and the screen turned red. Doubt he would go further in this game, let alone the rules in Japan are against depiction of explicit gore and violence such as gut or open wounds. That is why most open wounds in manga and anime are blacked out. I believe the only example I saw so far was Gantz, but maybe there are more out there.
What you find here, is what is out at the moment. The game is early access, means Inui, the creator of this game, is working as we speak (aside of taking care of himself and his health HOPEFULLY!!!), so we have to wait until the next installment comes out, which is monthly, but as I said earlier in a different post, Inui has some private and health problems, which means, that the next update will take some time.

Rules about gore and violence are surprisingly fluid in Japan. The "blacked out" part is usually done to satisfy air-time on national TV but online / DVD / OVA releases are usually uncensored in that aspect.
Porn is the more restrictive one, often having mosaics baked-in permanently but violence (especially in indie game available only on the internet) is a matter of perspective and here I doubt Inui would be limiting himself JUST because of it...there will be other reasons, like good taste and laziness.
